Shipping
At “Simply Fine” Art we aim to despatch your order within 7 working days but we do ask that you allow up to 28 days, and most deliveries arrive comfortably within time (subject to stock availability, of course). We know delivery time is important to our customers, and we aim to provide a prompt service.
Packing & Delivery Costs
The cost of packing and delivering your order is indicated in the shopping cart. If you choose to have items delivered to more than one address (for example if some are for someone else) we are happy to accommodate that, but we will have to charge P&P separately for each delivery address.
Cancelling your order
If you change your mind once you placed an order, you have the right to cancel the contract under the following conditions: -
i) If your whole order remains un-despatched, we will be happy to cancel it and refund you in full, immediately.
ii) If your order has already been despatched, then you have the right to cancel the contract, in writing, within 7 working days from the day after you receive the order. Once we are in receipt of the goods, we will refund you in full within 7 working days (Please allow up to 30 days).
Returns
In the unfortunate event that any item arrives in a damaged state please advise us immediately when we will do our utmost to put the matter right without delay. “Simply Fine” Art do not operate a Courier returns service and so any returns must be sent back to us through the Royal Mail but do please contact us before doing this. We ask that any unsuitable items are returned to us within 14 days of receipt.
When returning goods through the Post Office, we recommend that you obtain proof of posting and take out the applicable parcel insurance to cover against consequential loss by the Post Office. NB. “Simply Fine” Art will not be held liable for the transit loss of any returned items/parcels.
In the case of damaged goods, if we ask you to return them, upon receipt, we will inspect the goods in question. If a fault is accepted your returns postage will be refunded and your request for refund or replacement will be actioned. If your returns postage costs exceed £2.50, please either enclose your receipt inside the parcel or forward a copy to us. If you have requested exchange items, no further P+P will be charged on the exchanged goods.
Refunds
Where possible all refunds are processed within 7 day of receiving the returned items.
If you paid for your order by credit card, debit card or cheque any refund will be paid directly back into your account. Please check the appropriate statement before contacting us. If you paid by cheque or postal order you will be refunded via a cheque.
Replacements
If you return an item for exchange for the same item, or different items of the same value, we will endeavour to despatch your replacement within 7 days of receipt (subject to availability).
If you want to exchange for items of a higher value the same 7-day period applies but we need you to enclose payment for the difference with your returned item. If the replacement is of lower value we will refund the difference. (NB Generally in the same form as you paid ie. with credit card, debit card etc).
Occasionally the item you requested as a replacement is no longer available. If this happens we will pay back your full purchase price as with any other refund, and advise you in writing. If the replacement is of lower value we will refund the balance of your original payment.
